We have had a very successful season so far, and are hoping to keep our record going during our meet tomorrow against the Lansmoore Lasers. We wanted to pass on some information about the meet.

Very important: We are keeping a close eye on the weather tomorrow. If we are unable to finish the meet, we will need to resume on Friday, June 21 at 8 am.We know that a morning meet creates some issues for many of our families as relates to work schedules, etc. Should we find ourselves in the position of needing to be at Lansmoore on Friday morning, we will need lots of help to make sure that we have volunteers as timers and in the bullpen.

Thursday night is College Night at the Lansmoore pool. They invite the Bolt families to dress representing their favorite college!

Visiting Team Area + Parking

Our area is on the East side of the pool area where there is also a parking lot. To access this parking lot, take Moore Road to Lansfaire Terrace to Lansmoore Crossing and it will end at the lot and the grassy area for our team.

There is a smaller lot in the front of the clubhouse off of Lansfaire Crossing and there is street parking available on one side of the street.

There is no parking allowed on the side of the road on Moore Road (Suwanee Police will be monitoring) before the right turn lane onto Lansfaire Crossing. Thank you for complying with the "No Parking This Side" signs placed throughout the adjacent streets.

Parents & Spectators

Our area is on the East side of the deck. There is a gate entrance at that side of the pool for easy access to the team area.

Warms-up:

LLST will warm up between 5:10 - 5:30 pm. BOLT will warm up between 5:30-5:50 pm

Concessions

Concessions accepts cash and credit/debit cards. They offer pizza and Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, along with an assortment of chips, snacks, candy and drinks.

Programs/Heat Sheets

A limited number of heat sheets will be available for $2. We will be forwarding the pdf of the heat sheet when they provide it to us as well.

Volunteers

If you are signed up to volunteer, please check in with Venita when you arrive. Even if you are scheduled to volunteer during the 2nd half, it is important that you check in when you arrive so that we know that we don't have to find additional help during the 2nd half of the meet.
